Announcing the Kathryne Minchey Kids Choice Award. In memory of Kathryne “Kat” Minchey.

We started the kids choice award last year at The South Jersey Camaro Show to promote involvement from children who attend our shows, both spectator and participant children are encouraged to pick a car of their choice.

We have been giving goodie bags to all children who attend our shows/cruises.

Enclosed in the goodie bag the kids will find, coloring books, candy, stickers, snacks, and a voting ballot.

The ballots are then collected from the kids and tallied.

It is also a way for us to plant the car hobby seed.

This year we decided we would continue the tradition and also name the trophy in honor of Kathryne Minchey.

Kathryne Minchey was just 14 years old when she passed away due to Brain Stem Glioma on July 5, 2010.

She is the daughter of our Brother member Ed Minchey of Little Egg Harbor, NJ

This is our way to pay our respect and remember Kathryne as she walks with God and watches over us.
